Laboratory
Stancer performs agreed measurements, documents the configuration and reports results within the relevant testing scope.
Product certification testing provides technical evidence for the conformity route applicable to your equipment. Stancer Testing-Lab helps you prepare representative samples, perform EMC compliance testing and RF measurements, and understand the results before the next approval or declaration step.
Our A2LA-accredited ISO/IEC 17025 laboratory evaluates equipment against the agreed methods and conditions within its accredited scope. Testing, certification and manufacturer declarations have different roles; the product and intended markets determine what is required.

Discuss Your Test ProgramIdentify the product category, intended use and relevant markets before choosing the test program. Review the applicable FCC, ISED or CE marking requirements and the supported method editions.
For radio equipment, our FCC and ISED certification guide explains the testing and submission stages.
Agree operating modes, supplies, cables, loads and accessories that represent the intended product. Provide radio configurations, antenna details and variant information where relevant. Use our client information sheet to prepare the product details.
Build a product-specific EMC or RF program using suitable measurement arrangements and functional monitoring where required. Review our laboratory capabilities and confirm the required conditions against the accreditation scope.
If testing identifies a problem, investigate the affected configuration and compare proposed design changes through an agreed troubleshooting or pre-compliance session. Document changes before deciding which measurements need repeating.
The report records the tested equipment, setup, methods, conditions and results. Review the evidence against the intended conformity route, then prepare the applicable declaration or certification submission. Changes to the product may require further assessment.
For an already approved radio, review changes to FCC-certified devices when planning a design revision.
Measurements describe the tested sample and configuration. The applicable product requirements determine how those results are used in a declaration or certification application.
Share the required evidence and intended route before testing, so the program can address the questions your reviewer needs answered.
Stancer performs agreed measurements, documents the configuration and reports results within the relevant testing scope.
The responsible party supplies accurate product information and fulfills the documentation, declaration and ongoing compliance obligations of the applicable route.
Where certification is required, the authorized body reviews the evidence and makes the decision. A laboratory test report does not replace that decision.

Testing records how the sample performs against specified requirements. Certification is a separate assessment and decision under an applicable scheme. Some products use a declaration-based route instead of third-party certification.
It demonstrates laboratory competence for the activities listed in the accreditation scope. It does not certify every product tested or establish coverage for every method, edition or test condition.
No. They support the relevant EMC and radio requirements, but other requirements can apply to the product. The manufacturer must complete the applicable conformity assessment, technical documentation and EU declaration of conformity.
Yes. Pre-compliance testing can investigate emissions or immunity issues and compare design changes. It helps prepare the product but does not guarantee that a later compliance test will pass.
