Entering the United States market requires compliance with the regulations of the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), commonly known as FCC Certification. Any electronic product that intentionally transmits, receives, or utilizes radio frequency energy—including wireless, IoT, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, cellular, and RF-enabled devices—must obtain the appropriate FCC authorization before it can be legally marketed, imported, or sold in the United States. Our services

FCC compliance testing and certification for wireless and RF products

For unintentional radiators, we perform testing in accordance with FCC Part 15B using ANSI C63.4:2014, covering digital devices and electronic equipment that do not intentionally transmit RF energy.
For industrial, scientific, and medical equipment, we support compliance with FCC Part 18 using FCC MP-5:1986.

For intentional radiators, including wireless devices, we perform testing under FCC Part 15C using ANSI C63.10:2013 and ANSI C63.10:2020. This includes products with Wi-Fi, Bluetooth®, and other RF transmitters.
We also cover unlicensed personal communication devices under FCC Part 15D using ANSI C63.17:2013.

For U-NII devices (Wi-Fi systems), we support both non-DFS and DFS configurations under FCC Part 15E. Testing is performed using ANSI C63.10 standards as well as FCC KDB 905462 guidance for DFS requirements.
Our capabilities extend to specialized technologies such as ultra-wideband (UWB) devices under FCC Part 15F, broadband over power line (BPL) systems under Part 15G, and white space devices under Part 15H, all evaluated using ANSI C63.10 methodologies.

In addition to unlicensed devices, we support testing for licensed radio services. This includes commercial mobile services under Parts 22, 24, 25, and 27, as well as general mobile radio services under Parts 22, 90, 95, 97, and 101. Testing is performed using ANSI/TIA-603, ANSI/TIA-102, and ANSI C63.26 standards.

We also cover Citizens Broadband Radio Service (CBRS) under Part 96, maritime and aviation radio services under Parts 80 and 87, and broadcast radio services under Parts 73 and 74.

For higher frequency applications, including 76–81 GHz vehicular radar testing, we provide testing for microwave and millimeter-wave systems across multiple FCC parts, including frequencies above 3 GHz.

Signal boosters are also covered under FCC Part 20 and Section 90.219 using ANSI C63.26:2015.

Our testing capabilities support frequencies up to 325 GHz, allowing us to address a wide range of modern wireless technologies and applications.

If your product integrates pre-certified modules, compliance may be simplified provided that the modules are used without modification. Any changes to antennas, RF parameters, or integration conditions may require additional evaluation and testing.

FCC certification provides a strong foundation for accessing multiple international markets, as its test scope aligns with a wide range of global regulatory requirements. This can help streamline approvals in countries such as Mexico, Argentina reducing both time and cost for manufacturers.However, it is important to note that FCC certification alone does not grant access to the Canadian market. Products must also comply with the requirements of Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada (ISED).
